God and Family because they have my back.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Leave it in God's hands and listen to your heart and your Intuition.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them to do a lot of research, and make sure you talk to a non-profit attorney and do it the right way. Have some money to start it. I did it on the seat of my pants with no money and it was a struggle but worth every bit.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Our biggest challenge is funding

My personal life and work values are the same, pray, always be honest, avoid the negative, spend time with family
