My success comes from curiosity and the quest to learn more. I always want to know more about everything in my profession.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't ever stop learning. Get to know everything about your profession, even beyond your current role. It's not always about getting the promotion to the top, but understanding the essence of what you do.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If healthcare is your passion, go for it and don't limit yourself to one area. Have an open mind and try to understand the whole process of healthcare because it affects everybody.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Lawmakers sometimes have no idea what happens in the field, and their decisions in the laws they pass can hurt the patient.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty is most important because it can bring everything together even when it's hard to do.
