I attribute my success to a combination of hard work, creativity, and a willingness to step outside of my comfort zone. Some of the most meaningful growth in my career has come from taking on challenges that pushed me to learn something new. Staying curious and committed to improving has played a big role in shaping my career.

The best career advice I’ve received is to stay adaptable. Every experience teaches you something, and being open to new roles, projects, and challenges can lead to growth you may not have expected.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Building relationships, networking, and finding a mentor can make a huge difference early in your career. I would also encourage young women to share their ideas and be proactive about learning new skills. Taking initiative and being willing to contribute can open doors and create opportunities you might not expect.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in digital marketing and social media is how quickly the landscape evolves. Platforms, algorithms, audience behavior, and trends are constantly shifting, which requires marketers to stay informed and respond quickly. At the same time, this creates exciting opportunities for creativity and innovation. Brands now have more ways than ever to connect with audiences through authentic storytelling, collaborations, and meaningful digital engagement.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, creativity, and connection. I approach everything I do with honesty and authenticity, while also bringing creative ideas and energy to my work. Building meaningful relationships and collaborating with others is incredibly important to me, and I’m especially passionate about uplifting and supporting other women as they grow in their careers.
