After surviving a house fire that trapped her family, she developed a deep commitment to proactive building safety and risk mitigation. That firsthand experience informs her work today, reinforcing the importance of early intervention, compliance, and thoughtful construction practices that protect both property and lives.

Committed to continuous professional development, Chloe is currently pursuing OSHA 30 certification to further strengthen her technical and safety expertise. She also actively supports mentorship within the construction industry, particularly for women entering technical and leadership roles, emphasizing competence, preparation, and adaptability in a changing regulatory environment.
