Christine Contreras is a dynamic professional with a diverse background spanning real estate and construction marketing. With six years of experience in real estate and a license earned in 2022, she currently works under broker Jeff Kroll at Colorado Dream Properties. Christine manages approximately 35–40 rental properties herself and oversees around 300 properties on behalf of her broker. Her responsibilities include conducting showings, managing applications, coordinating tenant move-ins, liaising with vendors, and facilitating sales through a tenant-to-buyer program.

In addition to her real estate career, Christine has cultivated expertise in construction marketing. During her year with Gray Matter Construction, she contributed to the company’s growth from roughly five to sixty employees. She focuses on marketing initiatives for commercial concrete, excavation, and earthwork projects, including parks, bridges, medical centers, electrical infrastructure, and even confidential Air Force sites. Her work encompasses social media management, branding, event planning, job site visits, and photography, demonstrating her ability to bridge technical projects with effective public engagement.

Christine is also active in professional and community organizations. She serves as Board Secretary for Women’s Southern Colorado Rising Professionals and is a member of the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, where she engages in networking, legislative advocacy, and professional development. Balancing a full-time role in construction with evening and weekend work in real estate, Christine exemplifies dedication and versatility. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition and recently celebrated her marriage in 2025.

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my dad: work twice as hard as everyone else and start your day early.
