What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to radical self-awareness, disciplined inner work, and the courage to trust my intuition even when it challenges conventional paths. I have learned that sustainable success is built through personal accountability, emotional intelligence, and the willingness to confront my own blind spots first. My ability to recognize patterns quickly, adapt under pressure, and lead with both discernment and integrity has been the foundation of everything I have built.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Never shrink to fit into rooms you were meant to outgrow.” That advice taught me to stop seeking validation, trust my instincts, and build my own tables instead of waiting for invitations. It changed how I approach leadership, risk, and long-term vision.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not confuse being liked with being respected. You don’t need to soften your voice to be powerful—you need to sharpen your discernment. Master your craft, protect your boundaries, develop emotional intelligence, and never outsource your intuition. The moment you stop seeking approval and start making aligned decisions, your entire trajectory changes.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is that many industries are still operating under outdated leadership models built on burnout, fear, and control. The greatest opportunity is the rapid shift toward conscious leadership—where emotional intelligence, intuition, self-mastery, and ethical power are becoming essential for sustainable success. The leaders who can integrate both strategy and inner awareness will define the future.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, sovereignty, accountability, discernment, courage, and compassion. I believe in doing the right thing even when it’s uncomfortable, telling the truth even when it’s unpopular, and leading with both strength and heart. Alignment between who I am and how I lead is non-negotiable.
