Ciara Cihak

Ciara Cihak is a Community Outreach, Marketing, and Life Coach professional based in Sparks, Nevada, with a strong foundation in journalism, storytelling, and human-centered communication. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, she has built her career around connecting people through authentic narratives, digital engagement, and purpose-driven outreach. Her early work in media and public relations, combined with experience in social media content creation and freelance marketing, shaped her ability to translate complex ideas into meaningful, accessible messaging that strengthens community connection.

In October 2024, Ciara launched her coaching practice, On Your Sleeve Co., inspired by her personal journey of resilience and self-discovery. After navigating the emotional impact of a long-held dream of becoming a dancer and working through a difficult period in her life with the support of therapy and a life coach, she developed a passion for helping others shift mindset, clarify goals, and reconnect with their authentic selves. She is a Credentialed Coach and is currently pursuing master-level certification and breathwork credentials through Credentialed Coach School, where she has also completed in-person training hours in New Jersey. Her coaching approach blends mindset work, reflective practices, and emotional awareness tools designed to support clarity, confidence, and personal growth.

Alongside her coaching work, Ciara continues to stay deeply engaged in community and service-based roles. Her background includes creating and running the “Strangers to the Letter C” journalism blog during college, where she interviewed community members and highlighted personal stories. She has also worked across a range of roles including public relations, bartending, freelance creative consulting, and currently serves at Pasta Fresca while coordinating volunteers for the Dancing the Streets event, supporting community arts and engagement initiatives. Across all her endeavors, Ciara remains committed to fostering connection, storytelling, and service that uplifts individuals and strengthens the communities she is part of.
