Throughout her career, Claire has built a reputation for fostering long-term client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and personalized guidance.

Claire’s journey into the financial services industry began after an early career in technology and information systems. A graduate of Pace University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, she transitioned into financial advising in the mid-1990s, inspired by her father’s career in investment banking. Through persistence and dedication, she established herself in the industry and went on to found Hart Asset Management, LLC, leading the firm for more than fourteen years. Her professional background includes advisory roles with respected organizations such as MetLife Premier Client Group, CUNA Brokerage Services, and LPL Financial. She holds multiple securities licenses, including Series 7, 63, 65, and 24, as well as Life and Health Insurance credentials.

Known for her client-centered approach, Claire focuses primarily on retirement planning, investment management, and wealth preservation. She works closely with clients to evaluate their current financial position, define future objectives, and create clear pathways toward financial independence and retirement confidence. While embracing modern tools and technologies, including AI-assisted portfolio management strategies, she remains committed to the personal relationships that have defined her career. Beyond her professional achievements, Claire is an active community volunteer, dedicated parent, and longtime South Florida resident who values family, service, and helping others achieve lasting financial security.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Claire

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to persistence, constant contact, and always being there for my clients. When someone needs me, I make sure I'm available for them. It's about maintaining those relationships and being present consistently throughout their journey.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is: Choose a job you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life. When you’re passionate about your work, it becomes more fulfilling, rewarding, and meaningful.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do something else. Don't do that. We're going to be replaced by AI. I think older people value personal relationships, so it's okay working with people 40 to 50 and older who still value wanting help and needing guidance. But people younger depend on googling and using AI to get answers and get what they need that way. Eventually, I think AI will give them strategies for investing as well, if it doesn't already.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI coming into the field is the biggest challenge. I think people 40 to 50 and older still value personal relationships and wanting help and needing guidance, so it's okay to work with those clients. But millennials and younger generations don't value personal relationships as much. They depend on googling and using AI to get answers and get what they need that way. Eventually, I think AI will give them strategies for investing as well, if it doesn't already. I actually use AI myself to run some of my client portfolios.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are trust, community, openness, honesty, and a willingness to listen. I believe strong relationships are built on transparency and mutual respect, and I strive to create an environment where people feel heard, valued, and supported.
