Her Story
About Constance
Constance Hyman is a leader in organizational performance and business transformation. After years in the corporate world, where she held positions at all levels of leadership, she was motivated to branch out on her own to assist a broader range of organizations. She worked as a partnership specialist for the United States 2010 census, surrounded by entrepreneurs and leaders, which helped her recognize her own leadership potential. Hyman pursued education in industrial and organizational psychology, building confidence to lead empathetically and guide others. Her primary focus is supporting small businesses by identifying opportunities related to the people and human aspects of organizations, helping them overcome operational inefficiencies that can lead to failure or founder burnout.
