Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the incredible people who have supported and guided me throughout my career. I have been fortunate to work alongside outstanding mentors, colleagues, and organizations that have helped shape my professional growth. Their encouragement, knowledge, and trust have played a significant role in where I am today, and I truly believe I would not have achieved this success without them.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to trust themselves and not be discouraged by the challenges that can come with working in a male-dominated field. Go with your gut, work hard, and stay confident in your abilities. Persistence, determination, and believing in yourself will help you overcome obstacles and reach the goals you set for yourself.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field continues to be breaking through the stigma and barriers women often face in male-dominated industries. However, this also creates opportunities for growth, leadership, and positive change. Women who remain persistent, confident, and committed to their work are helping reshape the industry and open doors for future generations.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity and honesty are the values that guide me most in both my professional and personal life. I also believe kindness is essential in how we work with and support others. Above all, I value doing meaningful work that has a real impact, especially work that contributes to saving lives and making a difference in people’s lives.
