Corinn Hake

Corinn Hake is an accomplished legal professional and office manager with over 15 years of experience in the legal field. She currently oversees the daily operations at Grayson & Grayson in Jefferson City, Missouri, where she supervises attorneys and support staff, manages hiring and community engagement initiatives, and collaborates with vendors, the executive team, and the Missouri Bar. Throughout her career, Corinn has held pivotal roles in the Cole County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, the United States Attorneys’ Offices, and the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, earning recognition such as Legal Assistant of the Year for her exceptional contributions.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Corinn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Benedictine College and is pursuing an MBA in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Missouri. She has also completed a paralegal certification, strengthening her expertise in legal operations, record management, case coordination, and administrative leadership. Her commitment to professional excellence is reflected in her ability to build strong, cohesive teams, develop firm policies and procedures, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Outside of her professional life, Corinn is a devoted mother of four children, ranging in age from 5 to 23, and an advocate for healthy living and community involvement. She volunteers as a speaker for organizations such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving and emphasizes mentoring and uplifting others, particularly women in male-dominated fields. Inspired by leaders who demonstrate humility and foster team success, Corinn applies the philosophy of servant leadership in her own practice, believing that true leadership is measured by the positive impact one has on others.
