About Crystal
Crystal Cramer has built a career in sales, beginning with recruiting and B2B account management for major companies before transitioning to product sales. She entered software sales at ZoomInfo and then moved into cybersecurity at Trend Micro, where her prior experience with technical hiring gave her valuable insight into the industry. Since 2022 she has continued in cybersecurity sales at Wiz. Crystal earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and was the first person in her family to graduate college. She remains active in professional groups including women in cybersecurity organizations and her college sorority Alpha Phi.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Work really hard and don't ever assume that anything is going to get handed to you, especially in this industry where women sometimes have to work a little bit harder. Show up every day ready to learn and work. Never get entitled. Stay humble. Attach yourself to a mentor at every company and join groups like Women in Tech or Women in Cybersecurity to find alliances and mentors early on.
