One of her most notable professional achievements has been building strong relationships with participants and patients in a relatively short time.

I attribute God to my success and those who have gone ahead of me that have demonstrated success as well.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is to love what you do to the point you would do it for free if necessary.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say to young women entering my industry is to be sure they are passionate about what they are pursuing. It ensures longevity.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field right now is the need for blood supply. There is an opportunity for an increase of donors.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value being led by God daily in my work and personal life to be shown a clear path that is purpose filled.
