Crystal Green is a dedicated professional in the nonprofit healthcare sector, where she has spent the past 10 months supporting the Regional Biomedical Services Department at the American Red Cross through volunteer work. In her role, she provides onboarding support for biomedical service volunteer engagement and is actively involved at blood drives, where she maintains records and reaches out to donors and prospects to encourage blood donations while also advancing various research initiatives. Prior to this career transition, Crystal worked in a retail environment. She has earned several relevant certifications, including a biomedical services certification from the American Red Cross, a basic life support certification from the American Healthcare Academy, and a psychological first aid and bloodborne pathogens certification from the American Red Cross. One of her most notable professional achievements has been building strong relationships with participants and patients in a relatively short time.

I attribute God to my success and those who have gone ahead of me that have demonstrated success as well.

The best career advice I have ever received is to love what you do to the point you would do it for free if necessary.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say to young women entering my industry is to be sure they are passionate about what they are pursuing. It ensures longevity.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field right now is the need for blood supply. There is an opportunity for an increase of donors.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value being led by God daily in my work and personal life to be shown a clear path that is purpose filled.

Discovering Divine Healing and Purpose: A Woman's Call to Bridge Science and Scripture
From Genesis to Revelation, God is consistent for the Proverbs woman. A Proverbs 31 woman is a virtuous woman with strength and dignity who does purposeful work. To be fruitful and multiply, replenish, and subdue the earth is what God told His children in the book of Genesis.
Women are strong vessels who can wear many hats, especially in the healthcare workforce. About 80% of the general healthcare workforce is female. It is our job to seek God and discover the hidden things of this world. My goal, specifically, is to come to the full knowledge of God's will and find that which hasn't been founded in the medical field.
As progress has been made in addressing diseases and disorders that have arisen throughout the decades, I would like to search the mind of God to discover cures for what scientists say there is no cure for. With so many medicines and treatments, so many side effects, and no true solution, there is a gap between science and the living Word of God.
Doctors said there is no cure for vitiligo, but I saw the pigment of a lady Pastor's skin return almost completely to date, and she received healing.
Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering with severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed; and he healed them. (Matthew 4:23-24 NIV).
As we hear of wars and rumors of wars and are actually embracing the call on our soldiers during these end times, those who are called to occupy strange and unique territories should prepare for battle as well. The battle that we who are chosen must face with God on our side is the same battle that we see in our brethren on earth.
Many are called, but few are chosen. Those who are chosen must occupy territories until the return on our investment arrives, which is the kingdom of God.
