Daija Douglas, MBA, is a dynamic sports and entertainment professional with a passion for inspiring others and creating meaningful experiences. Currently an Activations Coordinator with the Dallas Mavericks, she brings expertise in corporate partnerships, influencer marketing, and brand management to every project. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Daija is a public speaker, thought leader, and Pilates instructor, committed to helping others discover and amplify their authentic strengths.
Throughout her career, Daija has held diverse roles across the sports industry, including internships with the Dallas Cowboys and leadership positions with the Texas Legends and LEARFIELD. She has also founded and hosted impactful initiatives, such as the IMPower Women’s Conference and the “Royal Affairs” talk show, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and empowerment.
Daija’s approach to her work blends vision, creativity, and advocacy. She mentors young women through pageant choreography and youth programs, emphasizing poise, confidence, and leadership. With an MBA in Sports Entertainment Management from the University of North Texas, she continues to elevate her impact in sports, entertainment, and community development, proving that the journey itself is as important as the destination.
