Dana Pershica
Dana Pershica is the General Manager of Squeegee Squad of Northwest Arkansas, where she oversees day-to-day operations for a rapidly growing exterior and interior cleaning franchise. In her role, she manages multiple field crews, scheduling, quoting, payroll, and administrative operations, ensuring high-quality service for both residential and commercial clients. Since joining the team, Dana has contributed to significant business growth, including securing contracts and expanding the team with dedicated operations and sales support, all while maintaining a family-first, people-centered approach to leadership. Before transitioning into the service industry, Dana spent over a decade in public education, teaching diverse student populations and supporting individualized learning plans. She holds an Associate’s Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Instruction and Curriculum Supervision from Arkansas State University. Her background in teaching has shaped her structured, empathetic leadership style, enabling her to guide teams effectively and cultivate strong client relationships. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Dana is actively involved in community initiatives and industry networking. She co-chairs Crew Careers, a networking group supporting women in commercial real estate, and participates in local community programs, including food banks and school outreach efforts promoting trade careers to young women. Dana also coaches middle school softball and places a high value on mentorship and family, leading her business with integrity, continuous improvement, and a commitment to building a lasting, family-owned enterprise.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to focus on continuous growth—strive to get a little better each day and to learn something new every step of the way. I also believe it’s essential to prioritize your family and to always carry yourself with integrity and kindness in both your personal and professional life.
