About Dania
Dania Khalife is a senior marketing and advertising professional currently serving as an Account Director at Publicis Groupe, where she has progressed through several account management roles since 2019. She is also the Co-Founder of Arsina Beauty and has previous experience in sales, events, communications, and marketing at Coach, Rafih Auto Group, and WFCU Credit Union. Academically, she holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having very supportive parents who provided a strong foundation, my own drive and knowing what I want, believing in myself even when no one else does, self-confidence, and being kind and giving myself grace rather than speaking negatively.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be a sponge in the beginning, absorb everything, learn everything, stay curious, build relationships, never be afraid to ask questions, don't wait until you feel completely ready before speaking up or pursuing an opportunity, take advantage of being junior and new to make those relationships, and things will unfold on their own.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
As a director, learning to deal with different people and personalities in managing a team, understanding how to properly manage and be a leader, presenting yourself as an example for the team, and being open to learning and feedback as a leader.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Purpose behind everything you're doing, kindness and empathy by caring about how decisions affect others, and authenticity by being who you are and making decisions you can respect yourself for.
