Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I have always said that hard work will reward you. And it is true. But I can't forget the people who have supported and encouraged me to work hard. I attribute my success to my family and my coaches, because only they know how bad I want to keep growing and improving.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You may lose the joy for what you do, and the most important thing is not to be afraid of changing things up to understand if you still enjoy what you do.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field is handling other people's egos. When you are climbing the ladder, it is hard to help others see your point of view, especially if they hold a position above you or a position of power.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values are discipline, hard work, kindness, and grit. You need to be kind enough to help others and treat them with respect; this will help you learn how you would like to be treated. You need to be disciplined when working on your goals. You need to work hard because you will get as far as you want to get; it all depends on how much effort you are willing to put in. And finally, you need to have grit; you fight your battles, you need to be brave, and have belief in yourself to take any risks.
