My advice to young women entering this industry is to trust your instincts and adapt guidance and opportunities in a way that works best for you. Staying true to yourself while navigating your career will help you thrive.

One of the biggest challenges in my field is managing the many roles that come with running a business. From making strategic investments to balancing personal life, wearing all the hats can be demanding—but it also presents opportunities to grow, learn, and develop resilience in ways that few other experiences can.
