Today, she specializes in servicing commercial accounts, including coverage needs for colleges, schools, municipalities, and other organizations. Throughout her career, Danielle has developed extensive expertise in commercial lines insurance, property and casualty coverage, and customer service. Her Interview

Ten minutes with Danielle

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my faith and the guidance of the Lord. Throughout my journey, I have faced many obstacles, including significant health challenges, but my faith has given me the strength, resilience, and determination to keep moving forward. Without that foundation and the support I have received, I do not know if I would have made it this far. My faith continues to inspire me, provide perspective, and remind me to approach every challenge with hope and perseverance.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is to always be true to myself and lead with authenticity. I believe in treating others with grace, kindness, and dignity, just as I would want to be treated. This mindset has guided me throughout my career, helping me build meaningful relationships, navigate challenges with compassion, and remain grounded in my values.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace who they are and not let challenges intimidate them. Mistakes and setbacks are a natural part of growth, but they should never define your journey. Learn from every experience, pick yourself up when you fall, and continue moving forward with confidence, resilience, and determination. Stay true to yourself and trust that perseverance will help you achieve your goals.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is attracting and retaining individuals who are interested in pursuing careers in this industry. Finding dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) has become increasingly difficult, as some younger professionals may feel intimidated by communicating with new people and building relationships with clients. However, I see this as an opportunity to mentor and encourage the next generation, helping them develop confidence, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a customer-focused environment.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are respect, compassion, and genuine care for others. I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated, taking the time to listen, understand their needs, and show them that they truly matter. In my work, I am committed to doing my due diligence to ensure that others are properly protected and supported, especially during challenging times when they may experience a loss. Building trust and providing reliable guidance are at the heart of everything I do.
