Danika Dixon is a dedicated agricultural professional with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management from Montana State University-Bozeman. Growing up in a small farming town, she began working in the fields at just 13, gaining firsthand experience that shaped her career. Today, she is one of the very few women specializing in soil amendments. Known for combining deep agricultural expertise with a confident and feminine presence, Danika exemplifies the balance of strength and individuality in modern agriculture. Throughout her career, Danika has applied her knowledge to transform farming operations, through careful soil analysis and correction. She is deeply involved in regenerative soil practices, humic acid use, and non-synthetic amendments, and travels across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana to educate growers and fellow agronomists. Her approach is rooted in resilience and community, strengthened by her supportive husband, a daughter in middle school, and the farming community that rallied around her during a personal illness, which reignited her purpose in the industry. Beyond her professional work, Danika invests in her passions and community. She maintains a large garden, enjoys horse riding and skiing, and prioritizes family time. She is committed to supporting Shriners Children’s Hospital and the deaf community and has aspirations to start her own agricultural LLC in the next 15 to 20 years.
