Based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, she is dedicated to advancing the knowledge and skills of dental professionals through engaging continuing education (CE) programs, hands-on workshops, webinars, and clinical training. Her passion for lifelong learning and practical education has made her a trusted resource for clinicians seeking to improve patient outcomes and stay current with evolving dental technologies. Throughout her career, Danni has built extensive expertise across restorative & cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, infection control, CAD/CAM technologies, clinical techniques, and professional relationships. 01What do you attribute your success to?
My journey began at Microdental Laboratories, where the owner, Andy Hites, recognized my capabilities and offered me my first opportunity in sales. His belief in me was both motivating and empowering, laying the foundation for my career. As I progress, I am fortunate to receive invaluable guidance from both Mike Gergen and Dr. Chris Pescatore. Their insights and support have been instrumental in shaping my professional path, helping me develop crucial skills and navigate challenges along the way. Each of these mentors has played a significant role in my growth, and I am deeply grateful for their mentorship.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the most valuable pieces of career advice I've ever received is to lead by example and allow my passion to drive all my endeavors. Embracing this mindset not only inspires those around me but also infuses my work with a sense of purpose and enthusiasm. Above all, I remind myself to cultivate an attitude of gratitude for every opportunity that comes my way!
