Her Story

About Dannielle

Dannielle Haley began her career in the construction industry in 2019 at AE Engineering, where she quickly advanced from dispatch to training coordinator before beginning preparation for a Construction Services Manager role. She later expanded her experience in the asphalt industry and served for two years as Operations Manager for East Coast Site & Utilities. Today, she works in sales for a precast structures company, combining her technical expertise with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships.

Dannielle specializes in project management, operations management, and quality control. Her professional credentials include Level 2 Asphalt Plant certifications, OSHA 30, Hazmat, Radiation Safety Officer, and a Quality Control Manager certification earned approximately five years ago.

Her success has been fueled by determination, resilience, and a desire to exceed expectations—especially when others questioned what she could accomplish. Although she values the encouragement of family members in the industry, Dannielle takes pride in the initiative, hard work, and perseverance that have driven her career forward.

She encourages young women entering the construction industry to speak confidently, initiate conversations, and remain open to new connections, recognizing that a simple introduction can lead to meaningful professional relationships and unexpected opportunities.

Beyond her career, Dannielle participates in events with the Florida Transportation Builders’ Association and volunteers through her VFW Riders group, supporting fundraising efforts that benefit veterans and individuals affected by cancer.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Dannielle

01What do you attribute your success to?

Being told I couldn't do it made me want to prove everyone wrong. Having family support in the industry helped me a lot, and I wanted to show I am my own person who brought myself this far.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Always be open to speaking to people. Always don't be afraid to start that conversation, because you never know where it can lead. Create valuable connections and relationships.
