What do you attribute your success to?
She attributes her success to her unwavering belief in the power of creativity, storytelling, innovation, and community. As the Founder of You2Funds and CEO of Noble Trinity Media, she has remained deeply committed to empowering independent voices and creating opportunities for artists, creators, and entrepreneurs to bring their visions to life. She believes success comes from understanding that every story matters and that creativity has the power to inspire, heal, connect, and transform lives. Through her leadership, she has built a multi-division platform that supports music production, film, publishing, and innovative app development, ensuring that every creative endeavor receives the attention, expertise, and resources it deserves. Her passion for helping others succeed has allowed her to cultivate an environment where innovation and artistic excellence can thrive together. She attributes much of her success to remaining adaptable, visionary, and willing to embrace new opportunities within the ever-evolving media and entertainment landscape. Collaboration and community have also played a major role in her journey, as she believes meaningful growth happens when people work together to elevate and support one another’s gifts and talents. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating spaces where independent creators feel empowered, valued, and equipped to pursue their purpose boldly and authentically. Her leadership style is rooted in encouragement, integrity, and a deep understanding that creative work requires both passion and perseverance. She believes innovation is born when people are given the freedom and support to think beyond limitations and trust their unique voice. Above all, she attributes her success to staying grounded in purpose, believing in the transformative power of storytelling, and dedicating her work to building a legacy that uplifts creatives and strengthens communities through art, media, and innovation.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the most impactful lessons she learned throughout her career came from witnessing firsthand how even major Fortune 500 companies like Cisco Systems, Comcast, and Insight Communications faced financial struggles during challenging quarters. Those experiences prepared her to better understand the importance of sustainable funding and operational resilience when she later founded her own organization. After taking a transformational course by Tony Robbins, she realized that solving funding challenges was essential not only for business growth, but also for serving clients at a higher level, which inspired her to launch You2Funds to first support Noble Trinity Enterprises and eventually help countless small startups secure the funding they need to thrive. That journey taught her that challenges often reveal purpose, and by solving problems within her own business, she created opportunities to empower and uplift entrepreneurs and creatives on a much larger scale.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Her advice to young women entering the industry is to first understand the architecture of what they are trying to build, because vision without structure makes execution difficult. She believes organization, strategy, and discipline are essential foundations for turning ideas into sustainable success. Collaboration is also incredibly important to her, as she believes growth accelerates when people learn to build strong partnerships and work alongside others who share similar goals and values. Above all, she encourages young women to cultivate strong peer networks and supportive communities, because meaningful connections can provide encouragement, wisdom, opportunities, and strength throughout every stage of the journey.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the fintech startup space is navigating rapid industry changes while building trust, securing funding, and scaling sustainably in a highly competitive market. However, she also sees tremendous opportunities for innovation, especially in creating financial solutions that better support underserved entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses. She believes You2Funds has the power to transform access to resources and create more equitable opportunities for people to grow, build wealth, and pursue their vision with confidence.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to her as the founder of You2Funds are equity, diversity, compassion, empathy, resilience, and a deep commitment to empowering small businesses and independent creators. She believes every entrepreneur, artist, and visionary deserves access to opportunities, resources, and platforms that allow their voice, talent, and ideas to flourish without limitation. Her work is fueled by a passion for supporting raw talent across media, publishing, music, film, and literature, while creating spaces where stories that may otherwise go unheard can finally be seen, valued, and celebrated. She is deeply inspired by the belief that when people are given the right tools, support, and encouragement, they can transform not only their own lives but also the communities around them. Family remains at the center of her purpose, motivating her to build a legacy rooted in service, empowerment, integrity, and lasting impact for future generations and underserved communities alike. Above all, she believes true success is measured not by personal achievement alone, but by the number of lives uplifted, opportunities created, and dreams brought to life along the journey.
