Deepali Salvi is a visionary social entrepreneur and founder of The Rad Group LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. With a strong focus on sustainability and social impact, Deepali channels her adaptability, grit, and humility into initiatives that aim to create a safer and more sustainable planet. Before founding The Rad Group, Deepali cultivated her creative and organizational skills through diverse roles in costume design and the airline industry. As a freelance costume designer in Mumbai for nearly six years, she honed her eye for detail, project management, and artistic expression, earning recognition for her work in humanitarian film. Prior to that, she gained experience as a cabin crew member with Jet Airways, developing exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
Deepali’s educational background reinforces her professional pursuits. She earned a Social Enterprise Certificate from California State University, Fullerton, and completed studies in art direction at Miami Ad School in San Francisco. Combining creativity, social impact, and strategic entrepreneurship, Deepali continues to leverage her multifaceted experience to inspire change, lead innovative projects, and champion initiatives that make a difference in communities worldwide.
