01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to continued encouragement from my husband and daughter. Their support has given me the strength to pursue challenges with confidence and the resilience to keep going when things get difficult. They remind me to be patience, lead with compassion, and to balance my personal life with my professional one. They inspire me to bring those same values into my work. Everything I achieve is not only for my growth, but to also to set an example for them that perseverance, hard work, and integrity lead to lasting success.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received wasn’t necessarily spoken in words, but shown through the actions of my support system. Having people who consistently stood by my side, believed in me, and reminded me of my worth gave me the confidence to keep moving forward. Their patience and support showed me that success isn’t just achieved alone, but with those who support you along the way.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay true to who you are. It can be easy to feel pressured to change or fit a certain mold, but your authenticity is your greatest strength. When you lead with confidence in your own values and abilities, you’ll not only find success, but you’ll also inspire others to do the same. Just keep trying, even when it get's difficult. Don't give up.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge right now within this field is that it is so niche and small, there isn't really a field! It seems like I'm in the midst of creating a new one. To my knowledge, there aren't many others that do what I do, so there isn't a large pool to ask advice when I'm stuck on something.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, and above all - authenticity. I believe trust is built through transparency and consistency, and I strive to approach every situation with authenticity. Whether I’m leading a team, working with clients, or caring for my family, I hold myself accountable to doing what is right, even when it’s not the easiest path.
