Diane August

Diane August works full-time at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, in a remote role that allows her flexibility to pursue additional passions. She balances this with her acting career, having appeared in seasons 4, 5, and 6 of the faith-based series The Chosen in a visible non-speaking role alongside the disciples, as well as in films streaming on Netflix and Tubi. As an entrepreneur, August operates The Power Fuel Lifestyle, a juicing and health wellness business offering natural juices for adults and children, hydration waters, healthy snacks and meals, and a membership program providing prepared healthy lunch boxes delivered weekly to support families. She began her education at Westbrook Senior High School in Beaumont, Texas, graduating in 1993, and earned her degree from Prairie View A&M University in 1997. August was a member of the all-female Force de Film organization, which focused on mentorship and helping women and girls heal from past traumas by sharing experiences and encouraging forward movement.
