01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Keep your mouth closed. Observe. Listen with your eyes and listen with your ears. The more you talk the less you notice and the less you can hear. But the less you talk the more you notice and the more you hear. So you can gain so much without people even knowing that you are gaining from what you're observing.
