Donna Aust

Donna Aust is a Christian author, Bible teacher, and mentor whose ministry centers on women's spiritual growth and faith-based education. Her professional path began far from the pulpit, in the corporate world, where she worked as a trainer specializing in organizational psychology at KPMG, developing training materials and teaching supervisory skills to administrative staff nationwide. Following an encounter with faith that reshaped her priorities, she stepped away from corporate leadership training to devote herself to Bible teaching, eventually pursuing seminary education to deepen her theological grounding.

Donna's ministry took root in leading home Bible studies for women and teaching classes within her church community, experiences that laid the foundation for her later work as a published author. She wrote the book When Hope Comes, a project that opened doors to speaking engagements at women's conferences and appearances on podcasts. Building on that momentum, she is now developing an eight-session Bible study adapted from the book, expanding its reach to structured group settings while continuing to write regularly on Substack.

Through Donna Aust Ministries, she continues to support women's spiritual development and faith-based mentorship, guided by values of integrity, honesty, trust, and gratitude. She views her calling not as a sprint but as a marathon, encouraging other women pursuing ministry to persevere daily and to anchor their work in consistent prayer and devotion. Outside of her ministry work, Donna values her family deeply, including her husband, Stuart, her grown sons, and her grandchildren, who remain central to her sense of purpose alongside her calling to share the message of Christ.
