What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to living authentically and leading with purpose. As an author and speaker, my work centers on helping women heal, rebuild their identity, and step into their power with confidence and clarity. Through my writing and speaking, I guide others to reframe their pain, reclaim their voice, and rediscover their inner strength. One of my proudest achievements has been publishing *The Healers* series and my nonfiction *Life Scripts* series, both born from my own journey of transformation. In 2025, I expanded my mission to the stage, where I’ve had the privilege of empowering women face-to-face. I believe my success comes from staying grounded in spiritual practice, creativity, and truth—allowing me to connect deeply and authentically with those I serve.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is simple: **be authentic**. Your story—unfiltered, unpolished, and true—is your greatest strength. Don’t wait until you feel “ready” or perfectly confident to begin. Start now. Speak now. Write now. Your voice holds healing power; it will restore you first, and through your courage and honesty, it will inspire and heal others.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field has been rediscovering and reclaiming identity after trauma and grief. Relearning to trust myself, rebuild from the ground up, and choose my own path without guilt was both difficult and transformative. That personal journey now informs my work, allowing me to guide other women through similar experiences, helping them heal, reclaim their power, and step into their authentic selves without losing their light along the way.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my work and personal life center on spiritual growth, personal transformation, and intentional creativity. I prioritize practices like journaling, energy work, and reflective time because they help me maintain clarity and alignment, ensuring I can serve others with purpose and authenticity. My mission is deeply rooted in personal experience — including narcissistic abuse, divorce, illness, and the loss of my mother to dementia — which taught me the power of using my voice to transform pain into healing. The wisdom I've gained continues to inspire and shape the message I share with the women I guide.
