The best career advice I’ve received is to keep moving forward, invest in continued education, be a collaborative team player, and serve as a mentor to others. This guidance has helped me maintain focus, adapt to change, and support the growth of those around me.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to recognize that their opinions matter. Ask questions, embrace your uniqueness, think creatively, and aim to make a meaningful impact every day. Confidence and curiosity are key to thriving in this field.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Some of the biggest challenges include expanding our client base, effectively marketing software solutions, and staying ahead of industry competition. At the same time, these challenges present opportunities to innovate, build strong business relationships, and demonstrate the value of technology-driven solutions.
