My work made a real impact when women said they finally felt capable of taking action. Confidence is built through small, steady steps, not giant breakthroughs.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Dr.

01What do you attribute your success to?

Consistency. Most people wait for motivation. I focus on small, repeatable actions that create momentum over time. Those small steps compound.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Focus on doing meaningful work, not just impressive work. When your work genuinely helps people think differently or move forward, recognition follows naturally.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do not wait until you feel fully ready. Competence grows through action, not preparation alone.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in leadership today is helping people think clearly in a world of constant input and distraction. The professionals who succeed are not necessarily the busiest, but the ones who create clarity, make thoughtful decisions, and move forward consistently.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Curiosity, integrity, and consistency. I believe meaningful progress comes from paying attention to small actions over time and staying committed to work that genuinely helps others think differently and grow.
