Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my dad, Paul Miller, who has been my mentor my entire life. Growing up, I watched him keep going no matter what, even through difficult times. He's 83 years old now but looks 60, and he's always told me to keep going, don't sit down, you sit down when it's time to rest. He taught me that whatever dreams I have, whatever thoughts I have, whatever it is that I want to do, I do it, and I show my children that. He always said I'm not meant to work for someone else for the rest of my life. Even now, I call him for every decision I make. When I was in a car accident and had to buy a new vehicle, I called my dad asking which one I should get. He put me in the technology space early on, building computers and programs when I was growing up, which gave me the foundation I use today. My educational background from University of Phoenix with a degree in arts and concentration in human services has also been important, along with the AI certifications I'm currently pursuing through Google Coursera and the accredited Certified Agent Builder course by Alicia Lyttle. But really, it's been my own hard work and self-teaching, learning from experience outside of formal education, that has driven my growth.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received came from my dad, Paul Miller. He always told me to keep going, no matter what. Don't sit down, you sit down when it's time for you to rest. He taught me that whatever dreams I have, whatever thoughts I have, whatever it is that I want to do, I should do it and show my children that. He emphasized that I'm not meant to work for someone else for the rest of my life. That advice has shaped everything I do, from leaving my marriage when I discovered my husband lived a double life, to packing up and moving to another state where I had no family, to building multiple businesses while raising my daughters. My dad showed me through his own life that you just keep going and building, no matter what challenges come your way.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell her to do it, to learn and continue to learn, to follow her dreams, to step out on faith, and to not let anyone tell her that she can't. Get in front of the right people and never look to be the smartest person in the room, be teachable. Move forward and don't get stuck. Whatever your dreams are, go for it. A lot of people have all these dreams and aspirations, but they're just afraid to execute. So I would tell her, don't be afraid of execution, just do it. Because no one that has succeeded has never failed, so we're gonna come up against failures, but success is right behind it. We'll get a hundred no's, but a yes is coming. So just continue to thrive, and just keep going no matter what.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is helping people bridge the gap between where they are and where technology is taking us. AI is transforming the way we work, communicate, and run businesses, but many people still feel intimidated by it or don't know where to start.

At the same time, one of the biggest challenges is ensuring that as we embrace innovation, we don't lose the human connection. Technology should enhance relationships, creativity, and productivity—not replace them.

What excites me most is the opportunity to educate, empower, and equip others to use AI confidently and strategically. Whether it's helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, professionals increase their efficiency, or individuals learn new skills, I believe we're entering a season where those who are willing to learn and adapt can create opportunities that weren't possible just a few years ago.

My goal is to help make that transition less overwhelming and more accessible, so more people can thrive in this rapidly changing world.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my work and personal life are integrity, faith, compassion, growth, and service.

Integrity is at the core of everything I do. I believe in being honest, keeping my word, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. My faith helps ground me and influences how I approach challenges, relationships, and decisions.

Compassion is equally important. Whether I'm working with clients, caring for pets, supporting colleagues, or helping others learn about AI, I want people to feel seen, valued, and supported. I believe success means very little if we aren't lifting others up along the way.

I also value continuous growth. I'm always looking for ways to learn, improve, and step outside of my comfort zone. Growth isn't always easy, but it's often where the greatest opportunities and breakthroughs happen.

Above all, I want my work and my life to make a positive impact. I strive to serve others with excellence, lead with kindness, and leave people better than I found them.
