Ebony Young

Ebony Young has been in the insurance industry for over 12 years. She began her career working inside other agencies, including eight years with Allstate and time at GEICO, before becoming an independent insurance broker and founding her own brokerage, Quality Insurance. In addition to operating her agency, she specializes in auto, home, commercial, and life insurance, and she has spoken at churches and real estate events to educate others on the importance of coverage. Ebony holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Arizona and is completing her MBA through Grand Canyon University, with some coursework at Houston Christian University. She is a member of WITI International and an alumni group from the University of Arizona. In September 2025, she was ranked number one among agency brokerages in Richmond, Texas.
