01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to always ask, “Why should we care?” whenever introducing a new product or technology. Consider its value from three essential perspectives: the patient, the provider, and the operator. Understanding how a solution benefits all three groups helps establish a clear value proposition and ensures it addresses real needs. Technology often fails when organizations focus on only one perspective rather than considering the entire healthcare ecosystem. By taking a holistic approach, you can make better decisions, drive meaningful innovation, and deliver solutions that create lasting value.
