Elizabeth Kemp Caulder is an accomplished brand architect, speaker, author, and maternal health advocate with over 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising. As President and Chief Strategist of PHOENIX Lifestyle Marketing Group, she leads a dynamic team of brand strategists, creative designers, and marketing professionals to deliver innovative campaigns that redefine industry standards. Her expertise spans integrated marketing strategy, brand development, strategic communications, and both traditional and new media, earning her recognition as one of Inc. Magazine's 250 Female Founders who are changing the landscape and a respected thought leader in her field. Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Elizabeth is a passionate maternal health activist and equity advocate. She has shared her family’s personal journey with the maternal and infant health crisis at the national level, including a historic invitation from President Biden to highlight the urgent need for reform. Her leadership extends to significant volunteer roles, including Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for March of Dimes and Chairperson of its Marketing and Outreach Committee, where she drives strategic initiatives to improve outcomes for families nationwide.
