About Elizabeth

Elizabeth White is an accomplished financial services executive with nearly two decades of experience driving product innovation, strategic transformation, and operational excellence across the banking industry. As Head of Product for the Wealth Management line of business, she leads the development of client-focused solutions that enhance advisor capabilities and create meaningful business value. Throughout her career, she has successfully led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning wealth management, merchant services, payments, and home lending, combining deep expertise in product strategy, digital transformation, regulatory oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Before assuming her current leadership role, Elizabeth managed transformation initiatives within the merchant services payments business, where she developed and executed pricing strategies across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Earlier in her career, she advanced from operations into risk and controls leadership during the financial crisis, gaining valuable experience navigating complex regulatory environments. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, completed executive business management coursework at Southern Methodist University, and maintains FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. In addition, she is a licensed banker, a licensed massage therapist in Texas, and continues expanding her expertise through her growing focus on AI governance.

Elizabeth is widely recognized for delivering innovative solutions that generate measurable business results, including launching global pricing strategies ahead of schedule, introducing advisor tools that unlocked multimillion-dollar client opportunities, and implementing mobile approval and same-day account opening capabilities that improved productivity and client experience. A recipient of the Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40 honor, she is equally committed to developing future leaders through her mentorship with the Texas Women's Foundation and her involvement with the National Association of Black Accountants. Passionate about continuous learning, she is currently studying French while pursuing opportunities to help shape the future of responsible AI governance.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to embracing challenges, maintaining a mindset of continuous learning, leading with empathy, and consistently pursuing excellence. I believes listening, problem-solving, and helping others grow have been instrumental throughout my career.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Continue pursuing opportunities that challenge you, and never be afraid to solve difficult problems. Growth comes from stepping into unfamiliar situations and remaining committed to learning.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Speak up and allow your voice to be heard. Don't minimize your expertise or wait until you feel completely ready before contributing. Lead with confidence by sharing your knowledge and experience, because your perspective has value and deserves to be recognized.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Artificial intelligence is creating tremendous opportunities to improve financial services, but organizations must implement AI responsibly through strong governance, quality data, transparency, and human oversight. The future belongs to professionals who understand both technology and the ethical responsibility required to manage it effectively.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me most are lifting others as I climb, excellence, integrity, and empathy. I believe in leading through service, communicating openly and honestly, and treating every person with respect. I'm also committed to continuous learning, because I believe personal and professional growth are essential to becoming a better leader and making a meaningful impact.
