Elizabeth Wolff
Elizabeth Wolff is an accomplished scholarship manager and the founder of FL Grant and Scholarship Solutions (FLGSS), based in Boca Raton, Florida. With over a decade of experience in the private school sector, Elizabeth has held leadership roles ranging from elementary school administrator to high school office manager, and she has also contributed to Teach Florida. Her extensive background in school operations has given her a comprehensive understanding of the financial, administrative, and compliance needs of private educational institutions and school choice programs. Currently, Elizabeth focuses on supporting schools, tutors, microschools, preschools, afterschool programs, and other school choice programs with scholarships and specialized grant management. She specializes in scholarship management and tracking while working within the schools budgets, ensuring that schools can dedicate more resources to their students. Her expertise also extends to Department of Educaiton new school compliance, including VPK and School Readiness guidence, zoning regulations, inspections, and opening a new school Department of Education requirements. In 2023 and 2024, she received certification from Broward County for “Steps to Open a Child Care Facility,” highlighting her proficiency in guiding new preschools in Broward county as well as Palm Beach and Miami/Dade counties. Elizabeth’s goal is to help schools and programs secure every available funding source, from Step Up for Students scholarships to specialized security grants for Jewish Day Schools and nonprofit organizations at high risk of targeted attacks. Through FLGSS, she provides remote support that allows schools to access expert grant and scholarship management without the high cost of an on-site coordinator. Known for her attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills, Elizabeth is a trusted partner for educational institutions seeking sustainable scholarship management solutions.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my deep passion for helping children, their parents, and schools by providing excellent and affordable scholarship managment and financial educational opportunities. My drive to make a meaningful difference inspired me to create this role for myself, allowing me to positively impact not only my community but others as well.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you are stronger and smarter than you think so always go with your gut and you can achieve anything you set out to accomplish.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to always remember that you play a meaningful, powerful role and make a big impact when you are able to help schools, students and parents all at the same time knowing that it changes their lives.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is that scholarships and grants are based on available funding and we never know if they will be increased, decreased or become unavailable. The opportunities the scholarships and grants provide for private schools, programs and students are growing daily and will help create many new school choice programs all over the US.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are being healthy and available for my family and friends while providing excellent services to my clients. I strive to do that by providing my services at a reasonable cost and consistently finding ways to make a meaningful difference.
