My husband and my son. Without my husband's support, I would not be where I am today.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it. Because you can!
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Whatever you put your mind to, you can accomplish anything. Don't let anyone hold you back.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I think the biggest challenge is people thinking they can't come to HR, or that HR is only here to discipline. I want to change that stigmatism. I want people to know we are here to help you grow and achieve your goals.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, Communication, and Commitment.
