Her Story
About Erica
I have been in retail for over 30 years, spending five and a half years at Signet before moving into consulting after needing to care for my mother. My core expertise is in innovation and strategic growth, where I assess organizations, break down silos, and build high-performing teams focused on long-term value. I started in marketing after an internship at Turner Broadcasting in the 90s, pivoting from international affairs and German studies, and have since led brand strategy, digital transformation, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple countries.

Ten minutes with Erica
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from all of my mentors in my life, my parents and grandparents for their insane work ethic that gave me persistence and drive, and specific bosses who taught me business acumen beyond marketing and inspired big thinking without ceilings.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity is AI technology. Companies need to rebuild infrastructure to utilize it efficiently without getting stuck in long expensive roadmaps that become obsolete. Human judgment will be more necessary than ever, requiring skilled generalists with strong customer understanding and aesthetic design sense at higher levels.
