Fabienne Jubiter is a seasoned Business Consultant and Medical Billing Specialist with more than seven years of experience in the field, including the last four years leading operations at Thompson Billing & Coding LLC. As the proud owner of her own office and multiple business ventures, she has established herself as a trusted expert in administrative operations, billing, and business process improvement.

Her journey into medical billing began uniquely—by supporting her husband in running his restaurants, where she first discovered her talent for organization, financial oversight, and customer service. That experience inspired her to pursue a professional path where she could combine precision, confidentiality, and efficiency. Today, Fabienne specializes in streamlining third-party billing systems, mastering outpatient billing and coding practices, and ensuring compliance with ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT coding standards.

Alongside her role as a medical billing specialist, Fabienne is also an entrepreneur with interests in international procurement and vendor management, as well as upcoming ventures in bail bonds services and e-commerce. She takes great pride in building sustainable businesses while helping others reach their professional goals through collaboration and mentorship.

Outside of work, Fabienne enjoys traveling, flying, and exploring new experiences, as well as quiet moments relaxing at home, listening to jazz, and staying busy with creative projects. A dedicated community volunteer, she remains active in organizations like HandsOn Broward and the Miami Rescue Mission/Broward Outreach Centers, where she channels her passion for service into meaningful impact.
