Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of persistence, integrity, and a genuine commitment to advocacy.

I built my career by staying curious, embracing continuous learning, and never shying away from complex challenges, especially when others felt overwhelmed or unsure. I believe success comes from showing up consistently, doing the work with excellence, and treating people with respect and empathy.

Equally important has been my willingness to evolve, adapt to industry changes, leverage technology thoughtfully, and stay true to my purpose of helping others find clarity, confidence, and a path forward.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was to stand firm in my values and never discount my expertise to make others comfortable.

I was taught that credibility is built through consistency, integrity, and knowing when to say no. When you honor your worth, set clear boundaries, and stay aligned with your purpose, the right opportunities and the right people naturally follow.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Her guidance to young women entering the field: don't quit. Accept that there will be hard days; learn from failures and persist. "I am, therefore I can.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is helping people navigate an increasingly complex and fast-changing regulatory environment without fear or confusion.

At the same time, that complexity creates opportunity. Technology, education, and proactive advocacy allow professionals to shift from being reactive problem-solvers to trusted advisors. Those who embrace innovation, ethical standards, and clear communication are uniquely positioned to make a real impact on both their clients and the future of the profession.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, accountability, and compassion guide me in both my work and my personal life.

I believe in doing the right thing even when it’s difficult, taking responsibility for my actions, and leading with empathy. Whether I’m advocating for a client, collaborating with colleagues, or supporting those around me, these values shape how I show up and the impact I strive to make.
