About Gail
After 40 years in engineering and IT as a project manager at companies like Sun Microsystems, Cisco, and Aristocrat Technologies, I retired and followed my passion into cooking. I've been a private fitness chef for 6 years, preparing and delivering healthy meals to 6 clients including athletes. I also do catering with my assistant, specializing in Mediterranean and international healthy cuisine. My son, a former professional basketball player, and my husband inspired me to pursue this.
