About Gina
Gina Alber, She/Her, is a dedicated advocate and professional with over 30 years of experience in disability services, post-secondary transition education, and professional coaching. Based in La Porte, Indiana, Gina specializes in helping individuals navigate career preparation and access adult services and government disability programs. Through her work, she emphasizes person-centered planning, creating strategies that are tailored to each individual’s needs and designed to produce meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Throughout her career, Gina has held roles ranging from Disability Specialist at Gina Alber Consulting, LLC to Marketing Business Relations Manager at Paladin, Inc., connecting organizations with resources that make a positive community impact. She is also an ESA provider, offering classes, tutoring, and specialized training programs to support students’ academic and personal growth. Gina’s work consistently bridges education, accessibility, and professional development, helping individuals achieve success on their own terms.
Gina’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University and post-graduate certification from Indiana University Bloomington. Her certifications, including Director of Special Needs and leadership credentials, complement her extensive hands-on experience.
