Gina G. Sotelo

Gina Sotelo is a seasoned global business leader with a proven record of driving growth, expanding brand presence, and delivering exceptional results in both domestic and international markets. With a career spanning more than a decade, she has consistently excelled in developing customized solutions, managing complex partnerships, and navigating emerging markets with a strategic and culturally aware approach.

Currently starting a new venture where she'll put to practice a culmination of her amassed skill set. Most recently she was serving as Regional Sales Manager at Globalstar, where she led market strategy and sales enablement for satellite based GPS asset and emergency tracking solutions across Latin America and North America’s East Coast. Her role blended international business development with domestic market management, leveraging her ability to build strong partnerships, optimize operations, and exceed performance goals.

Prior to Globalstar, Gina held key positions in International business development, corporate strategy, international analyst and sales where she focused on enterprise sales, licensing programs, and IT solutions. Her achievements include recognitions/awards, while successfully guiding clients through complex technological transitions. She has demonstrated a talent for bridging technical knowledge and business strategy, ensuring measurable impact across teams and markets.

Gina holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from San Diego State University. She has also earned professional certifications in data science, cloud management, software asset management, prelien and project management. Outside of work, she enjoys running, traveling and maintaining an active, balanced lifestyle, bringing the same energy and focus to her personal pursuits as she does to her professional endeavors.
