What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the passion and love I have for life and the work I do. As a 62-year-old entrepreneur, mother of 5 and grandmother to 7, I take pride in running my own business and serving my clients with dedication and integrity as well as my family. Additionally, my time as a Navy veteran stands out as one of my most significant professional achievements, and it has shaped the discipline, resilience, and commitment I bring to every aspect of my career.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay determined, believe in your abilities, and never be afraid to pursue your goals. Don't be afraid to tackle something new, like IT and chat bots LOL! Embrace challenges as opportunities to grow, remain committed to learning, and always maintain your integrity—these qualities will help you build a successful and fulfilling career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is balancing the demands of running my mobile notary business while also being there for everyone who needs me personally. Additionally, caring for my mother in a nursing home, where I provide free notary services, requires careful time management and dedication. These responsibilities push me to be adaptable, compassionate, and efficient, while also allowing me to make a meaningful impact in my community. I also continually provide a 10% military discount to any and all active military or Veteran!
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are compassion, dedication, and service to others. I take pride in being able to provide for my children and grandchildren, and my recent experience donating a kidney to a stranger in need, to ensure my daughter had a chance to gain a new lease on life. This experience with Mayo Clinic and the donor program has deepened my commitment to helping others. I also actively support the Kidney Foundation at the Mayo Clinic, which allows me to give back to the community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
