Giselle Andrade

Giselle Andrade, MEd (she/her) is an education and talent recruitment leader with deep experience at the intersection of bilingual instruction and talent acquisition. Since July 2023, she has served as Associate Director of Talent at KIPP Public Schools Northern California. Previously, Giselle was KIPP Northern California's Talent Recruitment Manager (July 2022–July 2023).

Giselle’s broader portfolio includes regional recruitment leadership at Teach For America, fellowship experience with the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley’s Latino Board Leadership Academy, and ongoing community engagement as an English–Spanish Translator with the Sun Valley Museum of Art. She began her career in the classroom as a Teach For America corps member and taught as a Bilingual Elementary Teacher and Middle School English Teacher at Voices College-Bound Language Academies, with earlier roles at Sun Valley Community School and the University of Idaho.

Giselle holds an MEd in Education Administration (National University) and multiple language and education degrees from the University of Idaho, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and Institut Catholique de Paris.
