The best career advice I’ve ever received is to work hard and stay focused on my dreams. It taught me the importance of consistency, discipline, and trusting my long-term goals, even when the path forward is challenging or uncertain.

My advice to young women entering my industry is to boldly pursue your dreams and stay committed to your goals. There will be challenges along the way, but confidence, persistence, and a clear sense of purpose will help you push through barriers and create meaningful opportunities for yourself.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating social media collaboration effectively. While it offers significant opportunities for reach and engagement, it can also be complex to manage alignment, messaging, and consistency across different partners and platforms.

The most important values in my work and personal life are integrity, accountability, and continuous growth. I believe in doing things the right way, taking responsibility for my decisions, and always striving to learn and improve as both a professional and an individual.
