Her Story

About Greta

I am a survivor of domestic violence, and my journey into advocacy began with a single, profound realization: I wanted to become the exact woman I needed when I was navigating my own trauma. By nature, I am a deeply introverted person, and I had never really been one to use my voice for anything extraordinary. Stepping into the light to start this work was a monumental shift for me, not just professionally within this sector, but as a profoundly personal life accomplishment. Using my voice is something I am proud of myself for every single day.

Beyond my advocacy, my world is anchored by a deep reverence for the arts, human connection, and an endless pursuit of knowledge. I have an enduring love for fashion and aesthetics. As a mother to four incredible children, my daily drive is rooted in building a beautiful, safe, and transparent future for them. I am also a lifelong learner and an aspiring multilingual, currently dedicating my quiet moments to studying languages like Russian, Romanian, and Polish.

When I am not immersed in legislative reform or building my entrepreneurial brands, you will find me leaning into my deep love for writing novels. Ultimately, in every space I occupy, my goal is to curate community, champion education, and celebrate the beautiful ties that bind us all together.

Ten minutes with Greta

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success entirely to the simple, radical act of starting. By nature, I am a very introverted person; I was never one to project my voice or demand space. Stepping into the light to build this initiative was a monumental shift for me, both as a professional in this industry and as an individual. It is a personal milestone that I take immense pride in every single day. When things get difficult and obstacles surface, I anchor myself in the courage it took simply to begin. That initial leap remains my greatest triumph.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Find the cause you care about most deeply and unapologetically dedicate your voice to it. I also highly recommend staying present and authentic in your digital spaces. You truly never know whose path you might cross, whose day you might brighten, or what kind of lasting imprint you will leave on a stranger's life. Beyond that, simply embrace the learning curve. When I first decided to launch an advocacy organization, I had to be incredibly resourceful. Building something meaningful often requires the courage to navigate the unknown, step by step, until you finally find your footing.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Transparency, continuous growth, and human connection are the core pillars of my life. Whether I am fighting for legislative reform, building sustainable businesses, or raising my children, I want my actions to be rooted in creating a safer and more beautiful world. I also place immense value on the arts, aesthetics, and cultural preservation. I firmly believe we do not have to choose between substance and style. We can champion the heavy, necessary work of advocacy while still wholeheartedly embracing the elegance of design, the depth of literature, and the profound beauty of human ties.
