Restoring a century-old warbird was a labor of love; test-flying it was my act of courage. Courage isn't the absence of risk. It's deciding the goal is worth it.

Her Story
About Hajira
Lady Hajira Buser has over 20 years of experience across multiple fields and continents. She taught in public education before moving into heritage brand VIP engagement. A cornerstone of her legacy is the restoration of a historic Warbird—the same that saved her grandfather’s life. The bomber now tours the country, bearing witness to the realities of history in the hope that future generations continue to learn from it. Her mission is that we, as a society, continue to evolve instead of repeating mistakes of the past.
With multiple master's degrees and experience touring the desert with Bedouin and bush crafting in the Amazon, she works in experience architecture and is the founder of a ballroom dance studio. She calls herself a perpetual student and research fellow; some days she serves as a leader, inspiring precision work to build towards a vision, while others she is in a cerebral zone, revising an article for peer-review submission.
As an English language learner herself, she has a deep love for linguistics. She believes linguistic diversity is vital for our world and that all systems are interconnected. "My ballroom instruction journey grew organically," Lady Hajira shares with an elegant gesture of her bracelet ladened wrist. "I hold a reverence for a certain ambiance to practice ballet arms. The mood—curated by interior design, lighting, and music—is essential to how I experience dance. Away from the clamor of the gym, there was no local studio. What began as a quest for a personal sanctuary grew into an intentional dance atelier. It came together synergistically. I wasn't planning to be an instructor, but how can I say no to helping others find their cadence?"

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a triad of love 🩷 dedication 🩷 & luck! ✨
I have been profoundly blessed with wonderful mentors on my path. Through the mentorship of many, connection with some, and an internal passion that drives me exclusively, I strive to be of service.
As a board member of a charity, an acquaintance recently reached out and said they had already listed me as a donor before they had even a chance to connect with me. Her certainty of my response makes me happy; it proves that my inner circle and community know I am capable, can be counted on, and am willing to be of service. I consider that reputation to be true success.
Mentors who showed me how to refine my ability to cook and garden are the most universal mentorship I have received. Mon ami! 💕 I love to cook and bake for loved ones. I even have a collection of aprons 👗 with matching slippers 🌸. I take culinary courses as “souvenirs” of my travels and highly recommend this practice.
