							Heather (Krupp) Bothern is an accomplished IT and supply chain leader with more than two decades of experience driving enterprise transformation through technology, strategy, and people. As the Head of PMO – Supply Chain Execution and Senior Program Manager at MSCG // My Supply Chain Group LLC, she has built and led a high-performing Project Management Office that oversees large-scale SAP implementations and process optimization initiatives. Heather is widely recognized for her ability to align technical execution with strategic business outcomes, ensuring every project delivers measurable value to clients and stakeholders.
Before joining MSCG, Heather served as Director of Technology Services for the Medford School District, where she guided district-wide technology modernization for nearly 15,000 students. Her leadership advanced infrastructure, cybersecurity, and instructional technology integration, creating a more connected and innovative learning environment. Earlier in her career, she spent over 16 years with Harry & David, where she rose through the ranks to become Manager of SAP Applications, leading multimillion-dollar ERP and EWM initiatives that transformed operations across manufacturing, distribution, and finance.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and is a Certified SAFe® Practitioner with fluency in Agile, Waterfall, RAD, and SAP ASAP methodologies. Known for her collaborative and transparent leadership style, she excels at guiding cross-functional teams through complex program lifecycles—from blueprint to go-live. Passionate about continuous improvement and professional development, Heather remains an active contributor to the SAP community through ASUG, configuration workgroups, and product influence councils.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never quit when things get hard—push through and keep going.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this male-dominated field is: don’t let it intimidate you. Stay confident in your abilities and know that your perspective and contributions are just as valuable.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating and working effectively with a wide range of personalities. At the same time, this also presents an opportunity to strengthen communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me, both in my work and personal life, are consistency and loyalty. I believe that showing up reliably and staying true to my commitments builds trust and lasting relationships.
